Writing the name correctly

One word, capital R, lowercase remainder: Rivercast
Not River Cast, RiverCast, River-Cast, or RIVERCAST in running text
Use the name as an adjective with a generic noun where it reads naturally — “the Rivercast app,” “Rivercast for iOS”
Do not pluralize the mark or use it as a verb
The paid tier is Rivercast Premium

Uses that require written permission

Juggernaut Technology, Inc. actively uses and asserts the Rivercast® name across mobile applications, web services, internet services, and software generally. We ask that you contact us before adopting “Rivercast” in connection with any of the following.

Using “Rivercast” in the name of another app, product, service, company, domain name, or social media account
Any use suggesting sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with Juggernaut Technology, Inc.
Using the name in paid advertising, sponsored placements, or promotional campaigns
Using our app icon, logo, or screenshots outside of ordinary editorial coverage
Merchandise, apparel, or printed goods bearing the name

Requesting permission or reporting misuse

Email info@rivercastapp.com with a description of the intended use, where it will appear, and the date it is scheduled to publish. Please use the same address to report suspected misuse of the Rivercast name.
